Pako Thato Moakofhi is a Partner of AM Law leading the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department. He has experience in compliance and corporate governance work as well as litigation and dispute resolution, having moved applications, argued and conducted trials and hearings before the Land Tribunal, the Public Service Commission, Magistrates’ Court, Industrial Court, High Court and Court of Appeal.
